Tiago Candeias is a Phd student at FCT's department of Algarve University since 2003.
He finished the Computer Science and System Engineering course in 2002.
He was born in 1979 in Faro and was lived in Quarteira.
His main hobbies are playing chess, ride bicycle and running.
Work
He is currently working on the ACID project.The goal of this project is to do the automatic recognition of the Portuguese's cadastral maps.
This is made using both algorithms of computer vision and artificial inteligence for recognition and validation of the cadastral maps.
