EasyVoice

EasyVoice is a Text-to-Speech (TTS) interface for people with voice disabilities.

With EasyVoice, people with voice disabilitiies are able to use a Text-to-Speech interface to talk with the entire world using Skype.

This product uses the Skype API but is not endorsed, certified or otherwise approved in any way by Skype.
