| ACID
is a project financed by the Portuguese ministry of science through the
foundation
for science and technology
FCT. ACID stands for Automatic Cadastral Information Digitalisation. In this project we get a scanned image of a cadastral map and try to extract automatically the entities and to fit them into a GIS system. This project is officially running from 02/2001 upto 02/2004.
