Erwan Garel, PhD
Researcher in Coastal Dynamics
CIMA - Centre of Marine and Environmental Research
Through my carrrer, I have specialised in the hydrodynamics and morphodynamics of transitional systems and coastal areas. My research activities are largely based on observational studies, including long-term (multiyear) environmental monitoring that I am conducting in various marine environments.
Since july 2015, I am contracted as Principal Research Scientist by the Portuguese Foundation for Science through the FCT-Investigador programme, at CIMA (University of Algarve).
