I'm assistant professor at the Department
of Mathematics, Faculty

of Algarve.
Background:
In
2000 I graduated in Mathematics at the University of Algarve and in
2002 I concluded a MSc degree in Applied Mathematics (Theoretical Computer Science) at the
Technical University of
Lisbon, Instituto Superior
Técnico.
In 2007 I concluded my Ph.D.
in Mathematics (Theoretical Computer Science) also at
Instituto Superior
Técnico.I'm also a member
of the Security
and Quantum Information
Group
at the Telecommunications
Institute (formerly
CLC).
Teaching: In 2009/10, I'm responsible for
teaching the following two courses for Informatics Engineering:
- Computational Logic (3rd year course)
- Theory of Computation (2nd year course)
